Katrina Markoff is a world class chocolatier + romantic + dreamer. We met in Paris in 1996, when she and my cousin Shannan were living in the 6th arrondissment, studying at Le Cordon Bleu cooking school. We instantly fell in love and vowed to some day work together...

In 1999, someday came: we were just opening the salon and she was just starting Vosges haut chocolat. Our collaboration was a perfect compliment in so many ways, and continues to be after a decade of making potions and notions together!!
