What is your greatest extravagance? Having a very, very long coffee at a sunny terrasse before starting working (sometimes, it's how I get ideas)

Which vice could you NOT live without: sugar or butter? Sugar (there's still olive oil)
Which vice could you NOT live without: coffee or wine? I'm afraid I'm addicted to coffee, while wine is a pleasure (this is the way I see it)
On what occasion do you lie about your wine knowledge? I never lie, because I know some people are very knowledgeable.
Where is your favorite weekend hideaway within a 3 hour drive? Our family house in the Berry (France), there are woods, meadows, small vineyards, and the cellphones don't work.
If you had one last sip of wine.... what would you chose? Something earthy and cheering up, like a Syrah.
When quaffing wine, do you plunge your nose, deep into the glass + sniff or do you theatrically swirl? I sniff (while discreetly), no plunging (for sure), nothing theatrical (at least, I imagine so).
